This is our live online wellness studio offering body-mindful yoga for spiritually curious individuals and aspiring yogi's who want to practice yoga with confidence from the home.

 

We welcome beginners and individuals more familiar with yoga to practice with us.

Each session invites curiosity, teaching self-awareness and encouraging individuals to explore poses, adjusting movements to suit their body wherever they are physically, emotionally, and mentally that day.

Recharge + Revive

5.30 - 6.30 PM

This is our evening session to help slow things down combining body-mindful movement and restorative yoga. Unwind, stretch, and ground yourself as you press pause on the day with calming breath-work to release tension.

Tuesdays

Recharge + Revive

6 - 7 PM

This is our evening session to help slow things down combining body-mindful movement and restorative yoga. Unwind, stretch, and ground yourself as you press pause on the day with calming breath-work to release tension.

Wednesdays

Rise + Vibe

7 - 8 AM

An energising vinyasa yoga flow to awaken the whole body. A blend of strong, playful and flowing movements to help you to rise into the day with breath-work to blow away the sleepiness and shift stagnant energy ready to focus the mind.

Thursdays

Revive + Recharge

6 - 7 PM

This is our evening session to help slow things down combining body-mindful movement and restorative yoga. Unwind, stretch, and ground yourself as you press pause on the day with calming breath-work to release tension.

Fridays

Rise + Vibe

7.30 - 8.30 AM
