Big Love Movement has been life-changing for me!

“I dislike the gym because I’m completely out of my comfort zone and feel extremely self-conscious. I also have issues with my hips so I’ve always said I’m not flexible enough to try yoga until lockdown 2020 happened and Big Love Movement launched.

I was slow to warm to it I’ll be honest, not wanting to push myself but Becki’s fun, caring & relaxed nature helped me switch off from the thoughts in my head telling me ‘you’re not doing it right’ or ‘you look silly’ and Becki helped me come out of my shell. The people I get to meet each class as well are lovely and welcoming, we have a quick catch up before class just to say ‘Hi’ and connect.

I’m certainly a yoga novice however not once in this Big Love community have I felt out of place. Becki and the other members are all so lovely and I look forward to seeing everyone in each class. We motivate each other and Becki encourages us to listen to our bodies, to try varying positions to see the difference with options to change into different positions depending on how they suit our bodies that day. Becki really understands the body and that everyone has their limits within it, she appreciates each person is different and can adapt to everyone’s needs. Big Love is truly worthwhile and is the best thing I've ever done. I’m now a converted yogi and will continue with the Big Love Movement, building myself up to be a more physical, emotional and happy person. I already feel I’ve achieved so much in a short space of time.

I could not recommend this enough, especially to anyone who lacks the confidence like I did to put themselves out there and try something they’ve always wanted to do!”
