Understanding EFT

EFT means Emotional Freedom Technique, it is about freeing yourself from your emotions and allowing you to live more calmly without your emotions - the subconscious mind - running the show! All matter is made up of energy. Emotions are energy in motion and the cause of negative emotions is a disruption in your body’s energy system…

This short introduction will guide you through the tapping points we use in EFT which are close to the meridians in the body (similar to channels).
