Rest, Reflect + Recharge
Rest, reflect + recharge is a FREE bonus session open to everybody as we ease ourselves out of 2020 and embrace the new year to come with mindfulness, breath-work and mindful movement open to all bodies and abilities.
Becki blends gentle restorative yoga with mindful breath-work and movement to unravel tension to help the body release and let-go while rebalancing the nervous system.
You’ll be guided through seated breath work and mindful movement with the breath before mindfully moving through a series of stretches and movements to encourage awareness, mobility and resilience physically, emotionally and spiritually. As the session winds down you’ll ease into deep relaxation through breath-work and guided visualisation to leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored.
This session is live, via zoom at 5 pm GMT on 30.12.20 and will be for 75-minutes.*
Becki is a yoga, mindfulness and breath-work facilitator with over 500-hours yoga and mindfulness training and a passionate knowledge of the holistic practices she uses and shares to encourage positive wellbeing.
