This is ‘Recharge and Revive’ our evening session to help slow things down combining slow-flow vinyasa and restorative yoga. Unwind with a slow-flow session to stretch and ground you as you press pause on the day with calming breath-work to release tension built up within the body and allow you to start your evening feeling revived and recharged.
