Your monthly spiritual self-care session in The Big Love Community (our private Facebook group)
This is 30-minutes of wellness to support and sustain your daily wellbeing and up-level your self-care. In these free monthly sessions, Becki Marie of Big Love Movement will guide you through practices such as breath-work, mindfulness and EFT tapping to support your health and wellbeing. You will learn how to self-soothe, calm and rebalance your nervous system and develop self-awareness as you practice mindfulness and meditation from the comfort of your home.

Self-Love + Connection: Journaling Workshop
Self Love + Connection: Yoga + Mindset Workshop
In this 2-hour online workshop, you'll explore mindset practices, breath-work and be introduced to the practice of journaling for self-connection. The workshop opens with a mindful yoga flow to energise and invigorate your body and mind. This event invites the practices shared within the Empowered Wellbeing Journal created by Becki Marie and due to launch in Autumn 2021.
