We’re also honest about our learning journey. As the founder, I’m currently expanding my own training in trauma-responsive and embodied practices to ensure that the platform stays ethical, informed, and deeply rooted in care.

A note from our founder.
Why I Started Big Love…
I started Big Love Movement after years of silently struggling with anxiety, grief, and burnout. For a long time, I didn’t have the language—or support—I needed. That journey eventually led me to create the space I wish I’d had when I needed it most.
