Rest, reflect, and reset…

A half-day retreat of body-mindful movement, breathwork, and spiritual practices to slow down and reconnect with Becki Marie of Big Love Movement.

This is a chance to step away for some much-needed YOU time and switch off. You will be guided through an afternoon of grounded restoration to calm your mind, re-balance, unravel, and uplift you.

Exploring the foundations of wellbeing with Becki, mindful mentor, somatic guide, and wellness advocate.

Mindset

Designed to help you switch off and close some of the open browser tabs in your mind, this session is a chance to RESET. Blending breath-work with mindful meditation to clear away the clutter and create space for intuition, creativity, and clarity to flow in.

Breath

Gentle, conscious, and connected breath encourages brain and heart coherence, and nervous system regulation. Our breath session will focus on self-awareness, compassion, and connection to invite whole-body wellbeing. Becki will share practical ways to effortlessly bring breathwork into your daily routine.

Movement

You will explore a laid-back and body-mindful yoga flow to regulate your body, release tension, and ease space into the tired parts of yourself. (Newbies, beginners, and regular yogis welcome)

If you need some time for yourself, a space to pause and take a breath, rest assured you’re in the right place.

Outline of our day:

1.30 PM - Arrivals and welcome ‘hi-teas’

2 PM - Breath - Opening circle + grounded and connected breathing space

2.45 PM - Movement - Body-mindful yoga flow. Your chance to stretch and release.

3.30 PM - Tea + snacks

4 PM - Mindset - Reflect, rest, and reset. Your relaxation session.

4.45 - Closing circle + goodbyes

There will be yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and essential oils waiting for you there. All you will need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, a pen and a journal or something to write in, and an open mind.

Please wear something you’ll be comfortable to move in.

(Our space will be approx 30-mins travel time from mainline London train stations)

5.30-7.30 PM (optional dinner invitation)

Early-bird: £52 (before 5th April including tea and snacks)

Standard ticket: £65 (including tea and snacks) / Members save 20%

There will be the opportunity to join us for a casual dinner after the retreat at a local restaurant (not included in the ticket price) to continue our time together of community, and connection and share in the Big Love!

Refund policy:

All tickets are non-refundable and all tickets are non-transferable within 4 weeks of the retreat.
