A gentle, home-friendly practice for tired nervous systems

A quiet evening practice led by Becki Marie, streamed live so you can join from home — cameras off, no pressure.

This class is especially for homebodies.
For people who feel better unwinding in their own space, who don’t want to rush out in the evening, and who like knowing support is there without having to perform.

This isn’t about stretching harder or doing yoga “properly.”
It’s about softening back into yourself after a full day.

We’ll move through a slow blend of grounding breathwork, somatic movement, and nervous-system-soothing stillness — helping release tension, quiet mental noise, and gently bring you back into your body.
