Primary Schools
Support for emotional literacy, self-regulation, and safe expression in pupils aged 5–11.
Sessions include:
Gentle movement and grounding
Emotional literacy activities
Reflection through drawing and discussion
Simple regulation tools embedded into classroom life
Delivered termly across the academic year, with staff support and parent resources available.
Secondary Schools & Young People
Practical nervous-system education for managing stress, pressure, and transition.

We focus on prevention and whole-community resilience, equipping pupils, families, and staff with practical skills they can use daily.
Workshops and programmes are educational, inclusive, and grounded in trauma-informed wellbeing practice.
This is not therapy.
It is accessible, preventative wellbeing education.
