Coastal Awe Walk in Margate (IRL)

Coastal Awe Walk

A seasonal wander for presence, connection, and breathing space.

What to Expect:

A seasonal wander for presence, connection, and breathing space.

A seasonal wander for presence, connection, and breathing space.

For this season’s Awe Walk, we’ll find ourselves in Margate.

We’ll meet at Margate Train Station and wander gently toward the sea, easing into presence as we go. From there, we’ll meander along the coastline toward Flints at Newgate Gap for a warm cuppa (and cake, if you fancy).

After our pause, we’ll continue a slow coastal stroll along Walpole Bay, supported by soft somatic and mindfulness cues you can weave into everyday life — simple practices to regulate the nervous system, support mental health, and reconnect you with your body.

Along the way, you’ll have the option to explore Big Love Conversation Starters + Reflective Prompts — gentle, nourishing questions designed to spark connection or quiet reflection. Share if you wish, or keep them to yourself.

We close with a small Big Love Circle — a wholesome, effortless moment to gather, breathe, and feel held in community.

If weather and tide allow, you’re welcome to stay for an optional sea dip at the end — entirely self-led.

Open to women, caregivers, freelancers, and anyone wanting time, space, and gentle company.

Simply being there is enough.
