Calm the Chaos: Breathe, Reset & Refocus

Calm the Chaos: Breathe, Reset & Refocus

For Teens, Parents & Anyone Navigating Exam Season Stress

A trauma-informed workshop that helps parents, teens and educators understand overwhelm and build practical co-regulation skills under pressure.

From someone who’s been there...

As a teen, I struggled with anxiety, depression, bullying, and grief. I didn’t have the tools, support, or language to explain what I was feeling—and most of the time, I just tried to push through.

That’s why I created Calm the Chaos — not just as a wellbeing practitioner, but as someone who gets it.

This free taster session is your space to slow down, breathe, and learn practical tools you can use in real, messy, everyday moments — whether you're revising for exams or supporting someone who is.

💡 In this session, you’ll:

✔ Understand how anxiety shows up in the body
✔ Learn a simple breath technique to reset overwhelm
✔ Try a grounding practice that calms your nervous system
✔ Leave feeling more connected, supported, and in control

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:

  • A notebook and pen

  • Your questions

  • An open mind

  • Water or a warm drink

  • A light snack if needed

This is a seated, interactive space. Set yourself up somewhere comfortable and supportive. Minimising distractions (phones on silent if possible) will help you stay present and take what you need from it.

For online sessions: good WiFi and headphones (optional but helpful to reduce distractions).
