Our approach.
Big Love’s work is rooted in trauma-informed nervous-system education — combining simple science with accessible, body-based tools.
We focus on prevention and whole-community resilience, equipping pupils, families, and staff with practical skills they can use daily.
Workshops are educational, inclusive, and grounded in wellbeing practice.
This is not therapy.
It is accessible, preventative wellbeing education.
