Feel-Good Flow: A Morning Yoga Routine

Feel-Good Flow: A Morning Yoga Routine

A gentle, energising morning practice for homebodies who want to start the day feeling good — not rushed.

This is the morning class for people who like easing into movement from home, without pressure, mirrors, or early-morning performance.

Led live by Becki Marie, Feel-Good Flow blends steady, feel-good movement with grounding breathwork to gently wake up your body and clear your head.

Expect a soft vinyasa-style flow that builds warmth, strength, and mobility — helping you feel more present, more energised, and more you as the day begins.

Perfect if you:

  • Feel stiff or sluggish in the mornings

  • Want to move without overthinking it

  • Prefer a calm, supportive start rather than a high-energy workout

Think: Warmth in your muscles, clarity in your mind, and a grounded energy that carries you into the day.

Join from your living room, kitchen, or that mat-sized space beside your bed.
(Spice level: gently warming ☀️)

Drop-in: £11
