No matter how you sleep, how you choose to start your day is what makes all the difference...

This is one of my favourite meditations and has become a ritual for me with my journal every morning, checking in on how I'm feeling, acknowledging my thoughts and the stories in my head, and understanding what I need to feel my best that day.

This is a mindful way to check in with yourself by grounding you and dropping from your head into your body. Encouraging a positive mindset by tuning into how your body is feeling, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and inviting the question; “What do I need to support me as I move through my day?”

Explore this practice first thing in the morning or as a way to step away from the to-do list. 

Allow yourself space to reconnect and BE in the moment, reconnecting mind-body and returning to your day feeling calmer, more aware and in tune with your Higher Self!
