Somatic Yoga with Holly Sutcliffe

Somatic Yoga with Holly Sutcliffe

A gentle, embodied practice for moving with curiosity, not expectation.

What to expect…

Join somatic therapist and yoga teacher Holly Sutcliffe for an hour of embodied exploration of the body and mind.

This monthly online class is an invitation to slow down, tune in and explore movement from the inside out.

Rather than following shapes or working towards an end goal, Holly will guide you through a resource-focused somatic practice that creates space to notice what your body needs and move with greater freedom, curiosity and choice.

This is not a workout. You’re unlikely to sweat, and there’s nothing to achieve or get right.

Movement will mostly be soft and gentle, with curiosity, choice and consent woven throughout Holly’s guidance.

Who is it for?

This class is especially for homebodies.
For people who feel better unwinding in their own space, who don’t want to rush out in the evening, and who like knowing support is there without having to perform.

Streamed live so you can join from home — cameras off, no pressure.

Perfect if you:

  • Feel overstimulated, disconnected or mentally scattered

  • Want to develop a greater awareness of your body

  • Are tired of pushing, fixing or keeping up

  • Want to explore movement in a gentler, more intuitive way

You might leave with:

  • A greater sense of presence and spaciousness

  • More awareness of your body and its cues

  • A feeling of being more grounded and settled

  • New ways to move and respond to what your body needs

Join from your living room, your kitchen, or that mat-sized space beside your bed. (Spice level: cool as a cucumber 🥒)
