Regulate & Restore
An experiential workshop blending somatic practice and EFT-informed tools to help you build real-world emotional regulation skills.
What happens in the session
Regulate + Restore is a seated, experiential workshop blending gentle somatic practice with EFT-informed tools.
We begin with a simple nervous-system framework — just enough to understand what’s happening under stress — before moving into guided, practical exploration.
Throughout the session, you’ll:
Learn how stress patterns show up in the body
Experiment with accessible regulation tools
Explore gentle seated movement and grounding practices
Be guided through a simple EFT-informed tapping sequence
Reflect, journal and integrate what feels useful
There are no long lectures, no pressure to share, and no expectation to “process” anything. This is about building capacity — not performing wellness.
You are always invited to move at your own pace.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for you if:
You want practical tools you can actually use in real life
You often feel stressed, wired or overwhelmed
You’re curious about nervous-system work but want it accessible and grounded
You support others (at home or at work) and want steadier regulation
No prior experience is needed.
What you’ll leave with…
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of your stress responses
2–3 regulation tools you can repeat confidently
Greater awareness of what helps your system settle
A sense of agency in how you respond to pressure
Unlike Resting Dream Face, which focuses on deep restorative rest, Regulate + Restore is about skill-building and strengthening your everyday capacity to respond to stress.
This is a warm, welcoming space to experiment, learn and restore — without pressure or perfection.
