Regulate & Restore: A Somatic Workshop

Regulate & Restore

An experiential workshop blending somatic practice and EFT-informed tools to help you build real-world emotional regulation skills.

What happens in the session

Regulate + Restore is a seated, experiential workshop blending gentle somatic practice with EFT-informed tools.

We begin with a simple nervous-system framework — just enough to understand what’s happening under stress — before moving into guided, practical exploration.

Throughout the session, you’ll:

  • Learn how stress patterns show up in the body

  • Experiment with accessible regulation tools

  • Explore gentle seated movement and grounding practices

  • Be guided through a simple EFT-informed tapping sequence

  • Reflect, journal and integrate what feels useful

There are no long lectures, no pressure to share, and no expectation to “process” anything. This is about building capacity — not performing wellness.

You are always invited to move at your own pace.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want practical tools you can actually use in real life

  • You often feel stressed, wired or overwhelmed

  • You’re curious about nervous-system work but want it accessible and grounded

  • You support others (at home or at work) and want steadier regulation

No prior experience is needed.

What you’ll leave with…

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of your stress responses

  • 2–3 regulation tools you can repeat confidently

  • Greater awareness of what helps your system settle

  • A sense of agency in how you respond to pressure

Unlike Resting Dream Face, which focuses on deep restorative rest, Regulate + Restore is about skill-building and strengthening your everyday capacity to respond to stress.

This is a warm, welcoming space to experiment, learn and restore — without pressure or perfection.
