Calm the Chaos: Free nervous system workshops for parents and caregivers
Funded by Don’t Miss Margate Community Fund
Calm the Chaos is a free two-part wellbeing workshop series for parents and caregivers in Margate.
These sessions offer simple, practical tools to help you understand stress, overwhelm and emotional regulation through the lens of the nervous system.
This is not therapy. It is gentle, trauma-aware education designed to help you feel more informed, supported and resourced in everyday family life.
You can attend one session, or come to both.
From someone who’s been there...
As a teen, I struggled with anxiety, depression, bullying, and grief. I didn’t have the tools, support, or language to explain what I was feeling—and most of the time, I just tried to push through.
That’s why I created Calm the Chaos — not just as a wellbeing practitioner, but as someone who gets it.
