45 Minute Unwind Your Mind Flow

This is a 45-minute flow designed to help slow things down when life feels overwhelming. In this gentle restorative session, we incorporate grounding breathing techniques to calm your busy mind, along with poses and movements that release and alleviate symptoms of stress, overwhelm, and anxiety in your body. This flow will also help rebalance your nervous system.
