30 Minute Going Slow Feeling Strong
This practice is a slow flow designed to stretch and strengthen your body. As you move through the sequence, pay mindful attention to how your body feels today. Honour your sensations and move in a way that feels good; ease out or deepen your movements as needed. This practice will help you build strength in your lower body, open up your hips, and create a sense of connection within your body. The strength poses gently encourage inner strength, confidence, and emotional resilience. You may want to use a bolster, blocks, or cushions for additional support during your practice. All poses in this sequence are safe to perform during pregnancy.
