These simple practices help to rebalance the nervous system to leave you feeling calm and rejuvenated.

 

ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATH

This is a short guided breath practice to balance and calm the nervous system. It allows the mind to focus on the breath as you alternate the breath through each nostril inhaling slowly for four counts and exhaling for six.

SQUARE BREATH

This is a short guided breath practice to bring balance back to the nervous system. A good practice to feel calm and grounded. Each inhale and exhale is to the count of four with a pause at the top and bottom of the breath for four counts.
