Hibernation Mode

Are you struggling to make time for yourself?

Are you exhausted, run down and burnt out?

Do you want to curl up in your duvet and hide?

As the nights draw in, I invite you to turn your gaze inward too; to yourself, your needs, emotions and desires. Let’s go into spiritual hibernation and crawl into your creativity cave as we explore journalling sequences, meditation, restorative mindful movement, Yoga Nidra and visioning together.

If you’ve fallen into bad habits and are searching for something to bring you home to yourself… This is it!

 

In this workshop, you will receive…

  • Knowledge that will help you gain a deeper insight into your personal well-being so you can create rituals of self-care structured around your individual lifestyle.

  • Learn how to recognise your personal seasons and body’s signals calling you to reconnect.

  • Understand how to rebalance and self-connect when you need it most.

  • Learn how to schedule and stick to self-care so you can keep going with everything else in your life!

You will explore and experience…

  • You will explore self-enquiry prompts and journalling sequences to help you to uncover your unique needs and desires.

  • You will be guided through gentle breath-work to align your physical and emotional well-being, and connect to your intuition through meditation and visualisation.

  • You will be invited to reconnect to your body with a mindful movement session that will leave you feeling rested and recharged.

  • You will experience my signature Self-Connection practice and other rituals that have helped me find harmony with my emotional well-being, even on my worst days.

 

If life is so full-on you’ve forgotten how to switch-off, this workshop is a call to SLOW DOWN; an invitation to fully embrace the hibernation vibes as you explore new ways of reconnecting and BEING.
