Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra & Intention Visioning

‘Deep Rest’ is a deeply restorative session of Yoga Nidra; a meditative practice guiding you into a dreamy state for deep restoration and relaxation.
This is a meditation that guides you to the space between wakefulness and dream-state.
A conscious meditation based upon the natural process of drifting off to sleep.

Create a sanctuary and allow yourself to slow down, let your body rest and notice the gradual settling of your mind.
This will be an hour of deep rest and visualisation to cultivate a sense of calm, self-connection and restoration.
All you’ll need is to be somewhere quiet, where you feel calm and away from distractions.

What you’ll need…

  • A yoga mat

  • A blanket or two

  • Cushions or pillows

  • Anything you choose to add that will invite a sense of comfort and sanctuary to your space (candles, oils, incense, etc.)

What to expect…

  • Grounding and nurturing self-care practices

  • Gentle breath work to unwind your body and mind

  • Yoga Nidra - a meditative practice guiding you to a state of deep rest and a dream-like state

  • A Big Love Playlist (via Spotify) will be delivered to your inbox to accompany your session

  • Full recording so you can revisit the practice in your own time

This is your invitation to take a break, slow things down and give yourself time to rest and reconnect.
In the busyness of work, life and everything in between, making time for yourself and topping yourself up is super important.

From a space of deep rest, you will be restored with a deeper connection to yourself. The benefits you experience will ripple out to those around you and the way you choose to be in the world.
