An Uplifting + Nurturing Yoga Flow With Q+A

An invitation to make time for yourself, release tension and refill your cup so you can be your best self as you explore breath-work, mindfulness and movement in this special one-off free session and a chance to “Ask Me Anything!”

 
 

Are you struggling to prioritise yourself and your self-care?

Do you want to learn ways to help yourself switch off and destress?

Do you want to ease overwhelming feelings and lift your mood?

Are you new to yoga or curious about how you’ll benefit from a regular yoga practise?

This is an invitation to make time for yourself and Refill Your Cup so you can FEEL and BE your best self. Helping you to slow things down, a mindful way to wind down from, whatever you’ve had going on in the day, into your evening feeling recharged and reconnected.

Blending a gentle and nurturing yoga flow with restorative poses to unravel your body and mind. You’ll learn ways to ground yourself and release tension as you explore calming breath-work, mindfulness and movement in this special one-off free session and a chance to “Ask Me Anything!”

By the end of the session you’ll feel…
