With the end of the calendar year in sight and the weight of your goals, desires and aspirations on your mind, I invite you to join me to explore rituals of self-love and self-expression that will welcome you home to yourself.

 
 

If you feel like you spend a lot of your time in your head let’s learn how to free up space, drop out of overthinking and tune into your intuition.

Explore practices and rituals of self-love, allow yourself to crawl into your creativity cave and express your deepest desires, release worries and create rituals of self-connection that slot effortlessly into your life.

Together, from the comfort of your home, we will explore rituals and practices that have supported my well-being and guided me through the most challenging of times. You will reflect, release and riff as I guide you through journalling sequences and rituals of breath and visualisation as you connect to yourself on a deeper level.

In this workshop, you will receive knowledge and guidance that will give you a deeper understanding of how journalling can support your wellbeing.

The practices you will explore and rituals I will share will guide you and leave you with a deeper spiritual and compassionate connection to yourself. You’ll experience three of my favourite practices and rituals to inspire and empower you to create your own rituals of self-care that feel easy and aligned for you.

You will explore self-enquiry prompts and journalling sequences to help you to uncover your unique needs and desires.

You will be guided through gentle breath-work and emotional freedom technique (tapping) to release fears, self-doubt and negative emotions stuck in your body to realign your physical and emotional well-being.

You will be invited to connect to your intuition through meditation and visualisation.

You will experience my signature Self-Connection practice and other rituals that have helped me rebalance, reconnect and find inspiration, even on my most challenging days.
