Learn how to recognise your personal seasons and body’s signals calling you to reconnect. Understand how to rebalance and self-connect when you need it most. Rest, Reflect and Reconnect. 

REFLECT & RELEASE (2-hrs)

Are you curious about journalling and how to use it as self-care, and a way to support your well-being? If you feel like you spend a lot of your time in your head let’s learn how to free up space, drop out of overthinking and tune into intuition. Explore gentle breath work and EFT (tapping) to release fears, self-doubt and negative emotions to realign your physical and emotional well-being.

MASTERING MEDITATION (45-mins)

The Mindful Masterclass is focused on sharing techniques to help calm your body and mind. This month Becki Marie of Big Love Movement educates you about meditation; what it is, why it can be supportive for your wellbeing and how to do the practices for yourself!

DEEP REST (60-mins)

‘Deep Rest’ is a deeply restorative session of Yoga Nidra; a meditative practice guiding you to a dreamy state for deep restoration and relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a conscious meditation based on the natural process of drifting off to sleep and a chance to connect with your intentions and return to your whole true self.

MINDFUL BODY SCAN MASTERCLASS (45-mins)

This technique helps to reduce anxiety and stress by focusing the mind and quietening negative or worrying thoughts. It cultivates patience and self-awareness by guiding you to different parts of your body to observe without judgement.

MINDFUL MASTERCLASS: GET GROUNDED (45-mins)

Learning how to ground yourself and support your wellbeing. You'll explore three different grounding techniques so you can experience the benefits for yourself and come back to them anytime you need them.
