Movement

“Rise + Reconnect” - an uplifting morning yoga flow to energise your whole body and help you feel stronger and more connected to your body. This sessions blends mindfulness and meditation into your practice to allow you to connect to your body’s needs and desires.

“Rebalance + Recharge”  - embrace self-love and compassion with slow and restorative yoga to unwind, stretch and ground you. Blending calming breath-work mindfulness and meditation to leave you feeling rested, rebalanced and reconnected to your whole self.

Nourishment

A vibrant plant-based lunch will be included along with warm drinks to keep you feeling nourished and cosy throughout your day.
